About Schneider Holding GmbH
The roots of the Schneider Group date back to the Year 1919. With foresight, a value-oriented approach and a feel for the market, a small carpentry workshop in Stimpfach, Baden-Württemberg, was transformed into an international group of companies. Now, around 1,000 people throughout the group, work towards a common goal every day: the provision of innovative, customer-oriented and sustainable products and solutions.
The parent company, Schneider Holding GmbH, coordinates the activities of all the group subsidiaries in Stimpfach in order to achieve synergies in a targeted manner. It thus provides central services such as human resources, finance, accounting and controlling.

Facade Construction
The Schneider Group has its origins in the window and facade construction business area. With eight locations in four countries, including production sites in Stimpfach, Radeburg, Calau and Katy Wroclawskie, the Schneider Group ranks as one of Europe’s leading partners for customised, technically sophisticated building envelopes in this business area.
Our range of services here extends from the planning and production through to the facade installation. Due to its decades of experience and the specialisation of its production sites, the Schneider Group has unique facade expertise at its disposal. There are no limits to the object size, material variety, creativity and functionality of the building envelopes. The flexibility of the locations and high vertical range of manufacture ensure the greatest possible levels of economic efficiency, adherence to schedules and quality.

Turnkey Construction
As a general contractor Schneider Systembau GmbH, based in Radeburg, realises complex building construction measures for private, commercial and public clients throughout Germany. The construction company specialises above all in the construction of new shopping centres, retail markets, sports halls as well as residential and nursing homes. Schneider Systembau GmbH is also a reliable partner in the construction of new day-care centres, schools, residential buildings, commercial buildings and halls of all kinds.
Experienced engineers, project and site managers ensure efficient project management, the smooth coordination of all trades and optimal logistical processes in the field of turnkey construction. A high quality level and adherence to schedules are guaranteed by full-time skilled workers tasked with the structural work to be performed, as well as state-of-the art technical equipment.
Mechanical Engineering
Rapid Maschinenbau GmbH, founded in 1930, develops, manufactures and sells precision machines for window and metal construction work at its headquarters in Grosselfingen. The focus is on double mitre saws and window frame saws for aluminium, wood and PVC. Automated profile machining systems or cutting to size, as well as machining centres for window and front door production round off the portfolio.
Rapid Maschinenbau offers solutions for every production size and every capacity requirement. By virtue of the high levels of flexibility and scalability, both the handcrafted window construction and industrial window and wooden door production benefit from greater efficiency, higher output and greater cost-effectiveness.
Real Estate
Schneider Grundbesitz GmbH & Co. KG generates its income from letting and managing its own portfolio properties in the urban area of Berlin. The portfolio contains more than 1,000 rental flats and a smaller proportion of commercial units.
Schneider Grundbesitz attaches great importance to the creation and provision of affordable housing. Responsible and forward-looking refurbishment of properties helps to preserve value and maintain attractive living space.
